7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption losses
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Implementation decisions made by the client

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely responses to our requests
• Implementation of recommendations
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become due immediately
• Work product completed to date will be delivered
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ganja, Azerbaijan.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
